About Us

Stand-alone and multi-week group-based service programs for youth (6-18 years). 

We provide hands-on volunteer experiences  with prominent local non-profits, 

in conjunction with dynamic service workshops that are facilitated by experts in the field. 

Whether you are passionate about giving back to your community, looking to

strengthen your resume or experience personal growth, The Grove is here for you!

We serve youth in NJ who are in Kindergarten-12th grade.  You will be teamed up

with a group of age-based peers who you will explore, experience and engage with.

Have you ever wanted to volunteer in your community, but didn't know where to begin?

With The Grove you will learn how to investigate, plan, take action and reflect on

needs in your community through a combination of hands-on volunteering and a

service curriculum.  You will also grow personally and intellectually as you strengthen

your communication, leadership and teamwork skills.

The non-profits you will serve are established, prominent organizations in your

community that address needs such as: food insecurity, foster care, homelessness,

mental and physical health instability and environmental issues.
